Additional Exercise 1 for Session 7.

For each of the models 7 and 9-12 for the Orthodont dataset
(see R code in handouts for lecture 7L), compute the estimated 
variance-covariance matrix for boys and girls at age 8 years. 
Check that model 12 gives the same variance-covariance matrices
as when modelling boys and girls separately.
